en Cuevana. Based on a true story, this film immerses us in the life of Zoe, a young transsexual prostitute who, while living on the margins of society, she maintains an unbreaking hope for love and building a better future. Her journey, marked by violence, discrimination, and loneliness, finds a guiding light in Gina Rodríguez, a trans woman who takes for her the mantle of a maternal role, protecting her and teaching her how to endure in a hostile world. The fragile stability that Zoe had won breaks abruptly when Gina is brutally stabbed. This tragedy not only makes her face the pain of losing a loved one, but also makes Zoe rethink the meaning of her own life, trapped between fear, fury, and the need for justice.
